Diddy drugged and raped reality star then turned her into his sex slave, lawsuit alleges

A former reality show star accused Sean 'Diddy' Combs of raping her in one of four new lawsuits filed against the beleaguered rapper. Kendra Haffoney, a cast member on reality show I Want to Work for Diddy, alleged that she was sexually assaulted and drugged by Diddy after he invited her to a party in 2007. She said in the suit that she was given a drink and began to feel lightheaded, leading her to believe it was spiked. Haffoney then was led into a backroom and said Diddy forced her to perform oral sex by 'guiding her head.' She then passed out and recalled waking up in the cast house in New York with Diddy on the foot of her bed, according to the suit. 'She knew that she had been drugged with something, she felt weak, and her vagina area felt sore,' the lawsuit stated. The lawsuit continued that Haffoney was 'increasingly powerless to resist' due to the environment of the alleged assault. VH1, the network Diddy's reality show aired on, was also named in the suit.
Haffoney detailed that the assault didn't stop there and was a victim of 'additional acts of sexual assault' in Los Angeles at Diddy's mansion.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a slew of new lawsuits in New York relating to sexual assault
Combs has been in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest last September The suit didn't elaborate on the accusations that occurred while Haffoney was at Diddy's California home. Haffoney's lawsuit was filed under the Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act, a law extending the statute of limitations for victims to sue their abusers. The law includes sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, battery, workplace sexual violence, human trafficking, and false imprisonment. The window opened on January 9, 2022, and closed on Friday. Two other lawsuits under the GMVPA were also filed on Thursday ahead of the deadline. Aristalia Benitez filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging she was sexually assaulted while she was a student at New York University.

Diddy is facing allegations of sexual assault, rape, and drugging victims in four new lawsuits She was 20 years old and employed at the sister brand of Tommy Hilfiger. She claimed that Diddy assaulted her at a party that Andy Hilfiger invited her to in 1995. Benitez also alleged that Diddy drugged her after she drank a non-alcoholic beverage. She recalled being 'forcibly groped and fondled' and then passed out. When she woke up, she was in the back of a cab on the way to her dorm room. Benitez said she was wearing gym clothes that were with her, but she wasn't wearing them when she met Diddy. The lawsuit noted that Benitez denied Diddy's advancements before she passed out. She claimed that her drink was laced with GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate), a drug that slows down the nervous system. Her filing also said that her groin area was sore, leading her to believe that she was 'vaginally penetrated' by Diddy while she was unconscious. Benitez couldn't recall when she got into the cab and how long she was there. Leslie Cockrell filed a suit with a similar timeline. She claimed that she was drugged and sexually assaulted while attending one of Diddy's parties in 1999. She was 24 at the time working as a talent scout in the music industry. Cockrell brought one of her clients to the party to network. While she was there, Diddy gave her a drink and a tour of his mansion in the Hamptons, located on Long Island, New York. Cockrell recalled seeing multiple partygoers 'engaging in sexual activities' inside and outside the home. Federal agents previously uncovered evidence of Diddy's notorious 'freak offs' where attendees participated in sex acts, in a raid last March. Cockrell said that she began to feel lightheaded and went to lie down, eventually passing out. Like Benitez, Cockrell believed her drink was laced with GHB. The suit claimed that while she was lying down, Diddy entered the room with another man and masturbated. The lawsuit alleges that while she was unconscious, she woke up to Diddy sexually assaulting her. Her face and body felt sore after the alleged assault and she remembered waking up in a car outside the home. The lawsuit said Cockrell was 'terrified' and a security guard who drove her home said that she should be grateful Diddy chose her.

The statement added that Diddy would 'prevail in court.' He's currently being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center until his criminal trial on May 5.
